Drug management of asthma

The medications used to manage asthma never cure it, and there is no doubt that they have side effects. However, a person will do anything to breathe, and if you do not have the luxury of being able to use something as effective as the Buteyko Method, then you will be familiar with the common asthma drugs, such as Ventolin, Bricanyl, Serevent, Flixotide, and Pulmicort.

“After a lifetime of taking drugs (inhalers & prednisone) your asthmatic condition slowly deteriorates.  Stronger inhalers are needed each time, your body can only handle so much.  Now I do breathing exercises through my nose and I feel great, No drugs needed - MAGIC!”  Russell
